RoleReady Pro is a monthly subscription priced at £9.99 per month (inclusive of applicable taxes). It provides unlimited job applications, full access to AI features, Google Calendar integration, and email interview reminders.
Your subscription begins on the date you complete checkout. You will be billed £9.99 on the same day each month automatically. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Free accounts may track up to 5 job applications. AI-powered features (cover letter generation, interview prep, CV health check) are available on the free tier on a limited basis. Upgrading to Pro removes all limits.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you will retain Pro access until then. No refund is issued for the remainder of the billing period unless required by law.
We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments except where required under UK consumer law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us promptly and we will investigate.
If a payment fails, your account will be automatically downgraded to the free tier. You may re-subscribe at any time by upgrading again from the dashboard. We will not charge retry fees.
We reserve the right to change the subscription price. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital subscription within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period"), unless you have already started using the service and expressly waived this right. By completing checkout and immediately accessing Pro features, you acknowledge that the service has begun and you waive your right to a 14-day cooling-off refund.
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. RoleReady does not store your full card details.
